Hotel–airport transfers
CDG, Orly or Le Bourget for private aviation: on arrival, your chauffeur waits with a name sign and tracks your flight; on departure, your chauffeur is outside the hotel at the agreed time and takes care of the luggage. The V-Class takes up to 7 suitcases.
Shopping and afternoons in town
Avenue Montaigne, Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, Place Vendôme, the department stores on Boulevard Haussmann: with hourly hire, your chauffeur follows you from one address to the next and keeps your purchases on board. No carrying bags, no looking for a car between boutiques.

How does the pick-up work?
- You book online or by phone, for yourself or for your guest if you are a concierge.
- The day before or on the day, you receive confirmation by e-mail.
- Your chauffeur arrives at the hotel entrance a few minutes before the agreed time. If you wish, your chauffeur lets the concierge desk know on arrival.
- Your chauffeur takes care of your luggage and drives you to your destination, at the price fixed when you booked.
- For an airport arrival, your chauffeur meets you with a name sign and drops you at the hotel entrance.

For concierges
You can book in your guest's name: at the contact details step, choose “For someone else” and enter the passenger's name and phone number. The confirmation is sent to you and the price is known before you confirm.

How much does a chauffeur from a palace hotel cost?
Prices start from €65 in the E-Class. The price depends on the destination and the vehicle: enter your hotel's address in the calculator at the top of this page, and the fixed price for the E-Class, S-Class and V-Class appears straight away. The price is per vehicle, not per passenger.
For a day of shopping or an evening with several stops, choose “Hourly hire” and the number of hours: the price is known before you book, and your chauffeur stays with you for the whole duration booked.
Discretion
Our chauffeurs, holders of the French VTC chauffeur licence, know the etiquette of grand hotels: smart attire, punctuality and no disclosure about our clients. They never comment on your calls or destinations. Your details are used solely to organise your journeys.
