Your CDG transfer at a glance
Charles de Gaulle airport (also known as Roissy) is already entered in the price calculator. Add your address, the date, the time and the number of passengers: the fixed price for each vehicle appears straight away. The ⇅ button reverses the direction for an arrival.
- Fixed price: the amount shown is what you pay, whatever the traffic on the A1 or A3 motorway.
- Door to door: from your hotel or home to the terminal, with no RER suburban train and no changes with your luggage.
- By Mercedes: E-Class, S-Class or a V-Class van for up to 7 passengers.
How much is a private chauffeur between Paris and CDG?
The price depends on your exact address and the vehicle you choose. It starts at €65 in the E-Class, and the calculator shows it within seconds, before you book anything. The price is per vehicle, not per passenger, so four people in a sedan or seven in a V-Class can split it.
It covers the door-to-door journey, help with your luggage, flight tracking and 60 minutes of waiting time on arrival. To compare, try a few quotes: from central Paris, La Défense, a railway station, Disneyland Paris or Versailles.
How does the arrival pick-up work?
- Enter your flight number when booking: the field appears as soon as you select an airport. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and adjusts the pick-up time if you land early or late.
- Meet and greet with a name sign in the arrivals hall, just outside baggage reclaim.
- 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight actually lands: time to collect your bags and clear customs, at no extra charge.
- Luggage: your chauffeur helps you carry and load your bags.
- A number to call whenever you need it: +33 6 41 68 03 87, 24 hours a day.
Where to meet your chauffeur at CDG, terminal by terminal
Your chauffeur waits at the terminal of your flight, in the arrivals hall, just outside baggage reclaim. Your terminal is shown on your ticket and on the airport website the day before departure. If in doubt, call the number given in your confirmation.
Terminal 1
The airport's circular building, used by many international airlines, including Star Alliance members. Your chauffeur waits just outside baggage reclaim, on the arrivals level.
Terminal 2 (2A to 2G)
The hub for Air France and its SkyTeam partners, as well as oneworld airlines. Terminal 2E (halls K, L and M) and 2F handle a large share of long-haul and European flights. Each hall has its own exit: check the exact letter on your boarding pass, and your chauffeur will wait at the right one.
Terminal 3
Used by low-cost airlines and charter flights. It is linked to the rest of the airport by the CDGVAL shuttle train; your chauffeur waits for you outside the terminal.
CDG 2 TGV station
Located between Terminals 2C–2E and 2D–2F. If you arrive at the airport by train, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed meeting point in Terminal 2.
Our commitments, in black and white

When should you leave for the airport?
For a European flight, aim to be at the airport about 2 hours before take-off; for a long-haul flight, 3 hours. Add the journey time and a margin for traffic.
From central Paris, a pick-up 3½ to 4 hours before a long-haul flight is a good rule of thumb, and 2½ to 3 hours before a European flight. For a very early morning flight, the roads are clear and the journey is often shorter.
Which vehicle should you choose?
| Vehicle | Passengers | Luggage | Ideal for |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-Class | Up to 4 | Up to 3 suitcases | Business trips, couples, small families |
| S-Class | Up to 4 | Up to 3 suitcases | Executives, VIP clients, special occasions |
| V-Class | Up to 7 | Up to 7 suitcases | Families, groups, plenty of luggage |
Enter the number of passengers and suitcases in the price calculator: only suitable vehicles are offered.
Private chauffeur, taxi, RER B or Roissybus?
For a solo traveller, a taxi or public transport is often cheaper. A private chauffeur comes into its own when you have luggage, travel as a group, arrive late at night, or want to know your price and meeting point in advance.
| Option | Door to door | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Private chauffeur | Yes | Fixed price booked in advance, name sign, flight tracking, 60 min waiting time |
| Taxi | Yes | Regulated flat fare to Paris, but queues at busy times |
| RER B (suburban train) | No | Inexpensive, but stairs, changes and crowds with your luggage |
| Roissybus | No | Terminates at Opéra, so you still have to get to your final address |
