Your wedding day, step by step
A wedding day often comes down to a few minutes. With hourly hire, the same chauffeur and the same car stay with you for the whole duration booked: your chauffeur waits at every stop and adapts if the schedule slips.
From home to the town hall or church
Your chauffeur arrives early, opens the door for you and gives you time to settle in with the dress and veil. A margin is planned for Saturday traffic and for parking near the town hall or church.
The photo shoot
Trocadéro, Pont de Bir-Hakeim, Pont Alexandre III, the Palais-Royal gardens, the Louvre courtyard: your chauffeur drops you as close as traffic rules allow and waits during the photos. List the planned locations in the comment field so the route can be prepared.
On to the drinks reception and dinner
A château or country estate in Île-de-France: your chauffeur drives you to the reception venue, then stays available for the duration booked if you wish.
The ride home
For the couple, parents or guests: book a journey at the time of your choice, even late at night, as the service runs 24/7.
Which car for whom?
Guest shuttles
Between the ceremony and the reception, or at the end of the evening, your guests don't always have a car, and some would rather not drive after the party. The V-Class carries up to 7 people per journey: from a station, a hotel or the town hall to the reception venue, then back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

How much does a wedding chauffeur cost?
In the calculator, the “Hourly hire” tab is already selected: enter the pick-up address, the date, the time and the number of hours. The total price for each vehicle appears straight away, with no quote to wait for. It is fixed and per vehicle: it is the price you pay.
For a full day, allow 4 to 8 hours in general, depending on the number of stops. For a simple one-way trip to the town hall or venue, or for the ride home after the party, choose “Transfer” instead. If you are booking several vehicles, run a quote for each one.
Estimating the duration
Add up the journey times, the ceremony, the photo shoot and a margin for the unexpected: photos and congratulations often take longer than planned. If the day runs longer, your chauffeur tells you the extra cost before extending.

When should you book?
From May to September, Saturdays go quickly: we recommend booking at least six weeks ahead, and several months ahead for a peak-season date. You can book online as soon as your date is set.
Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before your pick-up time. The service is also available for hen and stag parties, rehearsal dinners and next-day brunches.
